11. A RESOLUTION TO SUPPORT AN ALTERNATIVES
ANALYSIS STUDY TO DETERMINE THE FEASIBILITY
OF A LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT SYSTEM IN NORTHWEST
ARKANSAS. This resolution is being brought to the
